Visual and Sound Artist Residencies facilitate mobility and artistic exchanges of V4 citizens in the fields of visual and sound arts, including design, music, video and film, new media and mixed media.

1. At-a-Glance Criteria

• Eligibility & Scope: Applicants V4 citizens age 18+; the residency must take place in a V4 country other than the applicant’s country of citizenship/residence.

• Duration & timing: Lasting 2 months between January 10 and December 31

• Funding: €6,000 total per project — €3,000 for the resident and €3,000 for the host organization

2. Timeline

• Sep 15, 2026 at 12:00 PM: Call opens

• Oct 15, 2026 at 12:00 PM: Final application deadline

• Dec 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM: Results announced

• Jan 10, 2027 at 12:00 PM: Project start
