NEB Academy - Skills Infrastructure
Funds consortia to develop and deliver regional skills infrastructures and lifelong learning programmes addressing skills gaps for sustainable transformation of the lived environment under New European Bauhaus principles.

This call supports the development of regional skills infrastructures and lifelong learning pathways aligned with New European Bauhaus (NEB) values. It focuses on addressing skills gaps in ecosystems shaping the lived environment through education, training, and innovation. Selected projects are expected to deliver scalable learning activities and contribute to a long-term NEB skills ecosystem.

TYPE OF PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED: Projects must develop, adapt and deliver regional skills infrastructures and lifelong learning programmes (including CPD and VET), addressing identified regional skills gaps. Activities include creating pedagogical offers with multiple learning formats, integrating NEB values, leveraging existing initiatives, delivering EIT-labelled and non-labelled courses, and ensuring financial sustainability and revenue generation.

SECTORS / DOMAIN: Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries (CCSI), with focus on the lived environment and priority areas including architecture, audio-visual media and fashion.

INDIVIDUAL OR CONSORTIUM: Only consortia are allowed; proposals must be submitted by multi-beneficiary consortia of minimum 3 and maximum 8 independent legal entities from at least two eligible countries. Individuals are not eligible.

SPECIFIC TOPICS OR CHALLENGES: Focused on defined challenges related to skills gaps in transforming the lived environment, embedding NEB values (sustainability, inclusivity, aesthetics), and supporting green and digital transitions through education and training.

PROJECTS DURATION: 18 months.

BUDGET, FUNDING RATES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
Funding rate: Up to 100%
Budget conditions / limitations: Maximum EUR 600,000 per project; total call budget up to EUR 3,500,000
Payments: Initial pre-financing (25%), interim payments up to 70%, and final balance up to 100%, subject to reporting and agreement conditions.
