The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Budapest has opened a second call for applications for the Human Rights Fund 2026.

The main purpose of the V4 Gen Mini-Grants is to provide financial contribution to short-term cross-border youth mobility in the V4 region and its immediate neighborhood. Any legal entity registered in V4 countries and in Ukraine can apply for support. Each project must involve at least two entities from eligible countries (Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine) but can also include partners entities from countries that directly neighbor two V4 countries (i.e., Austria, Germany, and Ukraine).

Visegrad+ Grants support projects which contribute to the democratization and transformation processes in selected countries of the Western Balkans (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia) and the Eastern Partnership regions (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine).

Visegrad grants support regional partnerships among NGOs and civil society organizations, public institutions and municipalities, private companies and nonprofit organizations as well as education and research centers that contribute to cooperation in the Visegrad region.

Strategic Grants support project addressing annual strategic priorities of the Visegrad Group. Strategic priorities are announced annually by the V4 country holding the rotating presidency over the group, which from July 2025 to June 2026 is Hungary.

Perform Europe is a funding scheme supporting international collaborations in the performing arts sector across 41 Creative Europe countries. It funds partnership-based projects that aim to rethink and improve cross-border touring practices. The call focuses on promoting inclusion, diversity, and environmentally sustainable approaches in touring and presentation.

The call focuses on supporting ambitious, market-critical projects that tackle clearly defined problems faced by cities, public authorities, and mobility providers. We aim to de-risk development and enable large-scale deployment by backing solutions with a clear path to market and the potential to scale across Europe.

This Call focuses on a series of specific activity areas aimed at enhancing the skills and capabilities of mobility professionals and organisations, particularly at the local/city level, to achieve systemic transformations for more liveable cities. The Call supports proposals that offer high-quality, impact-oriented, and financially sustainable learning experiences, leveraging EIT Urban Mobility’s network and expertise in various learning formats. We are seeking proposals that align with the strategic objectives of EIT Urban Mobility’s Academy, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship through a lifelong learning approach, and demonstrating potential for replication and scaling up. Emphasis is placed on courses that comply with EIT Label certification where applicable.
